Fire Watch Log Template
A fire watch patrol log is a critical compliance document. Here's what should be included in every fire watch log to satisfy fire marshal requirements.
Required Log Elements

Patrol Intervals
Fire watch patrols should be conducted at intervals specified by the fire code official, typically every 15 to 60 minutes depending on building size, occupancy type, and the nature of the system impairment. Each patrol round must be documented in the log.
Log Retention
