Bremerton Fire Watch Officers — Navy Yard City to Downtown High-Rises

Bremerton Fire Marshal and Impairment Planning

The City of Bremerton’s Fire Marshal’s Office manages the Fire Department’s Division of Fire Prevention. Its official page identifies code enforcement, fire investigation, public education, annual inspections and fire-safety plan review as responsibilities. For an occupied Bremerton building with failed alarm or sprinkler protection, confirm the mitigation and reporting requirements directly with the responsible city official.

For a multi-tenant commercial building, identify which spaces share the affected system and who can provide access outside business hours. An apartment building needs a route covering the affected residential areas and a clear occupant-notification contact. These site details help distinguish an isolated impairment from a building-wide outage before a patrol assignment begins.

Older fire-watch PDF links were not available during this review, so their indexed instructions should not be relied on as current city policy. Use the working official Fire Marshal page to locate the appropriate contact and obtain current direction. Keep the patrol log, impairment notification and contractor’s repair records together; SEF provides coverage and documentation but cannot guarantee a particular city approval.
